Tapì acquires Les Bouchages Delage to secure global leadership in segment of high-end closures for spirits
Following the acquisitions of Tapì Argentina and T&G GmbH, the Padua-based group Tapì, backed by Wise Equity Sgr through Wisequity IV fund, has signed an agreement for the purchase of 100% of the share capital of French company Les Bouchages Delage, a manufacturer of closures for the luxury segment of the spirits market.

The deal strengthens Tapì's presence in the elite closures market and its position as one of the global leaders in the production of T-shaped closures for the premium and super premium segments of the spirits market, with pro-forma revenues of €80 million.
Founded in Cognac in 1941, Les Bouchages Delage designs and manufactures around 120 million customised closures each year, which it sells in more than 70 countries worldwide.
Tapì develops products for the spirits, wine, condiments, cosmetics and beer sectors with production facilities in Italy, Mexico and Argentina and more than 400 employees worldwide.
