50 years of innovative solutions

OMAG at interpack | Hall 15 - B20. The product range offered by Omag - which has been designing and developing customised machines for packaging in sachets and single-dose sticks for the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors since 1973 - goes from limited size packaging machines useful for laboratory tests or the launch of new products, to complete packaging lines for high productivity.

Faithful to a tradition of innovation, Omag therefore celebrates the 50-year milestone presenting at Interpack two cutting-edge packaging machines for sachets and sticks: the CP, a packaging machine with a plate-welding system for sachets sealed on four sides, also shaped, and the CS packaging machine for stick-packs.

Another significant new development for the Marche company based in Gradara (PU) relates to secondary packaging: already a supplier of complete lines thanks to the collaboration with various partners and to continuous investments in R&D and tests on different prototypes, today Omag can offer its own complete solution (from primary to secondary packaging), exploiting the reputation for reliablity gained in the field in proposing smart and easy-to-use machines, making it possible to monitor all the parameters and to intervene, also by remote, to resolve any anomalies.

Omag has, in fact, been investing in augmented reality solutions and predictive maintenance processes on packaging machines, designed to respond in real time to the needs of the market and which are subject to an analysis of environmental impact, confirming the full sustainability of the technology and of the company itself.
