A specialist in weighing, since 2014, thanks to the acquisition of the Swiss company Busch, Bizerba has integrated its offer with new skills in the field of industrial filling systems, automatic and semi-automatic.
Extremely precise and flexible, they are suitable for filling containers of different sizes with various types of liquid products: Pharmaceutical products and food, chemicals, building materials, paints and varnishes… all with particular attention to the safety of operations.
Semi-automatic systems, such as the FSL-Pro M model, guarantee extremely precise weighing and safe packaging even in the case of inflammable, foaming or irritating products.
Bizerba also offers automatic systems that transport the containers to the filling station and convey them to subsequent processes, without requiring any manual intervention. To achieve even higher levels of efficiency, automatic capping and labeling of containers can be integrated into the system upstream of the filling phase.
In response to the needs of the food and chemical-pharmaceutical industries, which require clean processes, protection from impurities, and rigorously hygienic facilities, Bizerba offers the possibility to customize all the components of its systems, to make them comply with the requirements of the so-called “EX 1 zone” and suitable for treating the most delicate products.
