Hot and cold water soluble films

Green Material offers a wide range of cold water soluble and hot water soluble films for a wide variety of uses.

All the films have been developed for use at high speeds on vertical and horizontal flowpackers and heatforming lines, being suitable for producing caps and ecodose and single dose packs for liquid and powder detergents. They can also be easily heat- or ultrasonically sealed using the most common converting equipment. The blown films can be made in formats of 25-1000 mm and with a thickness range of 20 to 80 microns. The cast films are available in thicknesses between 25 and 76 microns and with a thickness range of 60-1,350 microns.

Applications
Hospitals. Special cold water soluble bags (+65 °C); special bag for hospitals and hospital laundries.

Domestic and specialized use. Films suitable for making water soluble Eco Mono packs for powder and liquid detergents for domestic and professional use; films suitable for making water soluble Eco Mono packs for powder and liquid soaps for washing machines and dishwashers for a precise dosage; films designed for the production of blocks/tabs (disinfectant tablets and detergents for toilets, solid sterilizers as well as in powder for domestic and community use, liquid degreasers for various uses). Eco Dose means less plastic and less waste: dosage is optimized, using just the right amount of detergent, and the use of traditional containers is reduced.

Industrial use. Wide range of  water soluble film usable in industry and for specific use in the transfert-printing sublimination field, for packaging enzymes, building-, chemical and agrochemical products plus textile dyes; these films also find application in the dental and paper sectors.
