Monobloc for liquid filling

The month of May sees Omas Tecnosistemi engaged in important international trade fairs: Beauty World in Dubai, Hispack in Barcelona, to end with Ipack Ima in Milan, where it presents the new single step monoblock alternating model G-250 (designed and built by Omas), specifically designed to package the liquid of electronic cigarettes but which, obviously, is also suitable for all liquid filling applications.

It is equipped with a dosing station with ball valve syringes and dropper and cap insertion station, as well as automatic closure of the screw cap. The under-cap and the cap are fed automatically by means of a “pick & place” system electromagnetic vibrator orientator, for gripping and plugging with a sensor for correct insertion control, with automatic reject of the bottle without cap.
All electronic adjustments are made by brushless motors and the machine is managed by a PLC with a touch screen interface with self-diagnosis.

The entirely executed design and construction of this monoblock, is guaranteed by UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification, which ensures high reliability and repeatability. The materials used are endowed with certificates of origin and each mechanical component is marked with the production order number, so as to ensure control of the supply chain and traceability.
