Multilayer barrier films

B-Pack® presents a range of multilayer barrier films made with “cast” and “blown” technology and makes use of six production lines, recently manufactured by Colines, and a lab line.

The company produces coextruded neutral and colored flexible barrier films, available in 5 and 7 layers, with thicknesses between 27 and 350 micron, suited for various applications (medical, food and technical packaging). Their offer comprises barrier films for lamination of PE/EVOH/PE and PP/EVOH/PP, devised for applications on vertical and horizontal flow pack machines and for tray lids;  barrier film for hot lamination or with substrate adhesive; top barrier film and flexible films suited to thermoforming of 7 layers for food packs bases and covers (würstel sausages, cold cut meats, cheeses, bread, cooked vegetables) in vacuum and MAP; sterilizable (retortable) barrier films for food applications (cook-in-bag and cooked foods) and medical applications; reclosable films, realized in PE or PP, available also with EVOH, in antifog or white version;
compostable barrier films; bio-based barrier films.
