The latest and most innovative solutions developed by ACMA for the soap, confectionery and tea sectors.

SW 700-D e SC 700-D for soap. In 2017, ACMA presented two new high-speed machines for packaging bars of soap. The SW 700 wrapper and the SC 700-D cartoner immediately became market leaders in terms of performance. The SW 700 produces and wraps 700 soaps per minute, handling products of different shapes and sizes, as well as a wide variety of wrapping materials (including BOPP). The same performance can be reached by its twin cartoner, the SC 700-D, for packaging bars of soap in boxes. This machine is designed to combine flexibility, high speed and high quality in operation. Both solutions guarantee easy format changeover, reduced per unit production cost, delicate handling and perfect quality wrapping.

CW 800 R and HW 900 for confectionery. With over ninety years of experience in the sector, today ACMA is one of the most important market players, with an ample portfolio of solutions that combine technology and flexibility. Among others, the CW 800 R, an intermittent motion machine for oval and round chocolates (traditionally among the most in-demand formats) is distinguished by a rugged and extremely compact frame and high quality wrapping. The CW 800 R can process two styles (double twist and rolled) with rapid format changeover. The latest addition is the HW 900, a fold wrapper for high speed operations with double twist candies. This machine inherits some features of the 1100, including its top performance (wrapping up to 900 pieces per minute), but with a revamped design and technical characteristics that enhance its efficiency and productivity. A small number of format components translates into quick changeover. The vertical paper-unwinding plane allows employing a wide range of wrapping materials, including high-quality and low-cost products.

TD 300 for tea. ACMA effectively covers the tea market with low, medium and high-speed solutions for single and double chamber bags. The TD 300 is the model most representative of the concern’s approach to machine building, which is marked by the effort to combine high levels of flexibility, high precision product creation and excellent production performance.

The TD 300 is specifically dedicated to packaging staple-free double chamber teabags, at speeds as high as 300 pieces per minute. In just a few years the machine has established itself on the market, thanks to the quality of the teabags it produces. The machine is also available in a “complete line” configuration that also integrates casepacking operations, thereby performing the functions of multiple modules in a single solution.
