A software to manage labelling systems

Sis.Ma has adopted the NiceLabel software to be able to quickly design and print barcodes without the support of the IT department.

Designed to be used in a single site or a number of sites - scalable to five to many thousands of users - NiceLabel is the software proposed by SIS.MA which makes it possible to reduce the need for IT services thanks to web-based printing management.

Improved productivity, for printing without errors

The printing of dynamic data is different from traditional printing: the coding system must, in fact, allow production and warehouse workers to print rapidly and without errors.

To this end, NiceLabel is equipped with an all-in-one printing module that allows users to label accurately without risking making errors. With Nicelabel it is also possible to manage all the machines for labelling, installation, updating and user access from a single central position; the software offers, in fact, a use experience similar to that of Microsoft Word, so that anyone can rapidly design professional printing formats without needing to have any knowledge about barcodes.

Thanks to the configurator and the intuitive interface, operators can design labels in a few minutes without any training or coding expertise. The solution also makes it possible to integrate the printing formats with the company’s main systems to create a more efficient process.

Simplified manual printing with maximum compatibility

The data entry modules used for printing are created automatically for the user while designing the “labels”. The application configurator makes it possible to customise these modules on the basis of workflows and the requirements of the specific company and permits the creation of applications for the issue or management of the data.

NiceLabel is compatible with all the labelling machines of the major manufacturers on the market; this makes it possible to avoid replacements of software in the event of the updating of the printer fleet or in the event that it is necessary to use different printing technologies inside the same production process.
