Sustainable labels, efficient adhesive tapes

Specialised in the production and print of BOPP adhesive tapes, labels and film, Irplast will be presenting the most innovatory developments of its product offer at Interpack (hall 07 stand 70C14).

Labels
- MICRON19TM, PP label of only 19 microns, particularly high performance and "sustainable": ideal for food & beverage and detergents, already adopted by leading German bottlers.

- Pre-glued shrink labels: pre-adhesivised in the reel, proposed as an alternative to the shrink sleeve for containers with a form that requires a medium-low degree of shrink (in the photo, Label TapeShrink on tinplate can - Friesland Campina). The advantages: low cost management, high productivity of application, sustainability, also thanks to the elimination of the hot glue station, with consequent saving of adhesive and energy, and reduction of fumes and stops for cleaning.

Adhesive tapes
- Tamper: tamper evident tape available in various colors on request; ensures safety and integrity of the packaging and protection against pilfering;
- AirtapeTM: latest generation tape, with a thickness of only 19 microns, ideal for multi-sectorial packaging;
- Poly+TM: matt acrylic adhesive tape, thickness and weight increased (35 micron, 24 g/mq), which provides excellent tack and adhesion.
