AP182: electric applicator to label pallets
The system proposed by Weber is CE certified, safe, precise, barrier-free and compact.
Among the printing, labeling and industrial marking systems that Weber Marking Systems, backed by half a century of experience, offers with a consulting and technical assistance service, the print & apply AP182 represents the ideal solution for the automatic and electric application on pallets of A5 labels according to the international GS1 standards of logistic identification.
CE certified safety.
Right from the design phase, the machine has safety in its DNA: it does not require protective barriers and is fully protected against dust, dirt and extreme temperatures by an aluminium cabinet which also protects the operator. The system's automatic door, in fact, opens only when the applicator needs to operate. Complying with all requirements, the AP182 is CE certified, a guarantee not only of safety but also of high printing quality: thanks to the electric motors, movements are precise and controlled, according to the needs of an efficient production line.
A compact and flexible solution.
Taking advantage of its small size (the same as a pallet), the machine can be easily integrated into the line, even and above all in case of revamping. The system's electric applicator makes it possible to program the application cycles so as to label a pallet on several sides and, exploiting the retraction speed of the arm, it is also possible to label pallets in movement. There is also the option of an additional axis for further pad rotation of +/-90°, to apply labels in different orientations, for example horizontal, as is often the case in the household appliances sector, or 45°, especially for danger or attention labels.
To meet all the different market demands, Weber Marking Systems (based in Bareggio, Italy, and part of the Bluhm-Weber Group with headquarters in Germany and the United States) also offers other products, such as the Legi-Air 4050B electric range for secondary packaging, with three different applicators (linear, swing arm and belt), or the Legi-Air 6000, with an ultra-lightweight carbon applicator for high-speed operation.
