Hall 11 - C78 | XSpectra: real-time food inspection system

XSpectra helps to improve food safety and quality by directly detecting the presence of contaminants (plastics, bones, cartilage, insects, wood and rubbers otherwise undetectable by traditional inspection systems) in bulk or packaged products directly on the production line. In a few milliseconds it is able to perform a multispectral analysis of the product in real time, comparing the energy absorbed by any contaminants and thus decreeing compliance or otherwise with the required quality standards.
