Semi-automatic with high-level performance

Adapted to medium-small productions in food, cosmetics and chemical contexts, Wide Range’s DWR ROUND TC is a semi-automatic labelling machine for cylindrical products.

It’s a versatile, robust, efficient machine, really unique for the simplicity of its mechanics and electronics: the motorisation of the product rotation and label drive rollers is achieved using stepper motors with synchronized speed and the management electronics interface with the operator via a 4.3” colour touch screen, making it possible to memorise 40 different work programmes with all the information relating to the label and type of application.

Its versatility means it is possible to apply wrap-around labels, or labels and back labels, even in different formats positioned on the same coil or, moreover, one or two register labels by reading a reference on the product. Its high autonomy (it can use coils of 300 mm max diameter and width of 200 mm max), flexibility in dealing with cylindrical products with diameters of between 20 e 130 mm, as well as the rapidity of the format change, complete its characteristics.

DWR ROUND TC can also be offered with various optional accessories, such as an ultrasound photocell for use with transparent labels or variable data inkjet overprint groups with HP technology. It should be pointed out, finally, that this labelling machine integrates with the large portfolio of Wide Range products, known and appreciated by the market, that is, semi-automatic label dispensers, rewinders and friction sheet feeders.
