High printing quality, zero maintenance and consumables make laser technology a must. Distributed in Italy by Sis.Ma (Casalecchio di Reno, BO), the 10, 30 and 55 W “compact” laser coding system produced by the Polish Solaris Laser enables vector printing for static or dynamic high speed marking (up to 1000 characters/s).
Also available the new configuration for the e-SolarMark-CO2 series, with a new marking unit with 30W CO2 laser source, as well as the e-SolarMark control unit.
The main areas of application are the laser marking of multiple products, printing and/or perforation of packaging films as well as thin label cutting.
In the e-SolarMark system the laser beam is optically modeled in a very high power density, with dimensions up to 580 mm + Maxi lens.
For vector continuous line printing a number of technologies are available:
• CO2 for marking on various materials (plastic, glass);
• CO2 light, for marking on PET (mineral water, soft drinks, oil);
• optical fibre (innovative) for metals and, now on plastic films (ie sleeves);
• diodes, metals and plastics.
