All in one: Pegasus combo

Available in different sizes (40 mm / 60 mm), ever ultra-compact, with power outputs ranging between 50 and 400 W: The Pegasus series is a new range of motors with integrated electronics by LSMecapion - distributed in Italy by Servotecnica SpA - anticipating market trends.

Among the distinguishing features of the product are its standards. In terms of the fieldbus, EtherCAT was the natural choice, having become the benchmark bus for motion control applications. The concept of interface however loses its value if it is not associated with the profiles required by the protocol itself. For this reason, the new Combo Pegasus is consistent with the ETG CTT (Conformance Test Tool) and has all operating modes required by the market such as the DS402 and variations on the theme such as the communication functions CoE/FoE/EoE. The operational management of configuration and maintenance is feasible through a configuration tool and two options available on board. A physical address can be assigned by means of a selector switch and a USB port allows communication or updating without the intervention of qualified personnel. Safety, here tackled as a basic issue, is managed by means of certified STO inputs.
