  • S. Bernardo opens new logistics hub

    Italian bottled water producer Acqua S. Bernardo recently opened a new logistics hub and finished product warehouse in Ormea in the province of Cuneo as part of a €1 million investment aimed at boosting the facility’s production growth.
  • Emilia-based packaging giant EMS Group formed

    The Luxembourg-based private equity firm Xenon has acquired 100% of the capital of Mectra (Montecchio, Reggio Emilia) and its associated companies (Emmeti in Montecchio and the Parma-based firms Sipac and Logik).

    Maxolution by Sew Eurodrive, finds application in handling standardized goods for moving inside and outside the facility, autonomous transport of goods in packaging units, autonomous interaction with other systems for seamless exchange of goods, continuous logistical chain (data and material flows).
  • IMA acquires 70% of Ciemme

    The IMA Group strengthens its range of  end-of-line machines. On 25 June 2018 IMA  finalised  with  the  Brenna  family  the  acquisition  of  70%  of Ciemme  S.r.l.,  based  in Albavilla (Como), which manufactures and markets end-of-line automatic machines, as announced on 28 May 2018.
