  • Tekni-Plex purchases Lameplast 

    Wayne, Pa, July 2, 2019. Tekni-Plex has purchased Italian healthcare packaging company Lameplast SpA from Milan-based private equity firm Aksìa Group. Lameplast will become part of Tekni-Plex’s global Tekni-Films business.
